Cast List Announcement
Thank you to everyone who came out to audition for Something Rotten, Senior Edition! Casting was difficult with all the talent we saw, but we were able to cast everyone who auditioned and we are so excited for this show to get started!
If you do not plan on accepting your part, please contact Producer Sarah Lederer (sarah@vact.org) ASAP.
Our first rehearsal will be Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 6:30-9:00pm. You MUST complete all registration forms online and pay fees before the first rehearsal.
Please watch for our first cast email, which you will receive from the Something Rotten Sr. team no later than Friday, February 20, 2026. These emails sometimes go into spam or, if you use gmail, it often goes into the promotions folders/tabs, so keep an eye out for this email. If you do not see an email by the end of the day on 2/20/26, please check your spam or promotions folders, and if you still do not see it, then email Sarah (sarah@vact.org).
Please proceed to complete all of the NEXT STEPS listed below.
We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

NEXT STEPS - YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE STEPS
1) Complete your Cast Member Registration. CLICK HERE to view the instructions for completing your Cast Member Registration.
2) Per VACT policy, all participants in any VACT program age 18 and above are required to complete a background check to participate. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you run into issues completing the background check, Producer Sarah Lederer will assist you. This must also be done by the first rehearsal. You will be receiving an email directly from Sterling Volunteers to complete. It can take 24-48 hours to complete so please do so ASAP. Even if you have completed a background check for another organization or an employer, you will still need to complete our background check, which will be good for 2 years with VACT.
3) Watch for a cast email from the Something Rotten Sr. Team. If you do not see an email by the end of the day on 2/21/26 then email Sarah (sarah@vact.org).
