Mandatory Cast Agreement ($12 per cast member) - Age 18+ and/or Under 18
If you have multiple family members in Head Over Heels, you will need to complete this step separately for each family member.
Select the registration option that applies to you - either the 18+ option (for cast members who are age 18+) or the under 18 option (for cast members who are not 18)
Quantity = 1
If you are not able to pay the full registration fee, you will be given other options.
Click Add to Cart.
Complete the Cast Agreement that you will see after you add the registration to your “cart” (please read through very carefully).
Click Add to Cart.
Click “Back to Head Over Heels Cast Member Registration”
2. Mandatory Libretto ($25)
All cast members will need to purchase a Head Over Heels libretto.
The libretto is yours to keep and write it, highlight, or markup as you wish. It does not need to be returned.
We do not want the libretto to be a barrier to participating. If the fee for the libretto is of concern to you, please reach out to Director Sara Ward-Cassady at sara@vact.org

3. Optional Cast T-Shirt ($15 per shirt)
This is an optional purchase.
Select size, enter quantity in that size
Click Add to Cart.
You will be asked to enter the name of the person receiving the shirt.
Do this again if you want more than one shirt.
Click “Back to Head Over Heels Cast Member Registration”
5. Optional Staff Gift Thank You (Starting at $5.00)
This is an optional donation that will be used to purchase a small gift for the approximately 30 staff that are part of this show.
Our staff is almost entirely made up of unpaid volunteers who take their time to direct, produce, costume, stage, light and make you all look and sound fantastic. Please consider donating.
Select amount you wish to donate.

5. In the upper right corner you will see your shopping cart. Click on that.
6. Review your order and quantities.
7. Click Checkout.
8. Enter your email and credit card information.
9. Review your order and purchase.
10. Print or Save your email confirmation.
11. Close this tab and continue on with your next steps.
