Senior Scholarship Application

Please complete the application below. Once you submit this application, please email two personal recommendations to webmaster@vact.org. Your application will be considered complete once we receive these recommendations. One of these recommendations must come from a teacher or other school personnel and the other recommendation letter must be written by a supervising adult. They will want to speak to your academic ability, character, artistic ability and involvement in the arts if applicable. You may use one director, staff member, or supervisor from VACT in the place of one of these references.
