VACT Room Rental Rates

Below are our room rental rates. Any person/business/group interested in renting a room must fill out the Room Rental Inquiry Form.

THEATER - The Stage/Room can be configured with an open plan (other than the fixed seating).

Evenings & Weekends = $200/hr
Business Hours (Events with more than 50 people will pay prime rates) = $175/hr

CONFERENCE ROOM - This room contains a conference table and 12 chairs. It has a white board and projector.

Evenings & Weekends = $50/hr
Business Hours (Open hours at VACT) = $40/hr

LOBBY - Light and airy, can be configured with portable seating or banquet tables and chairs.

Evenings & Weekends = $75/hr
Business Hours (Events with more than 50 people will pay prime rates) = $65/hr

DANCE STUDIO - This room has a sprung floor with mirrors and sound system.

Evenings & Weekends = $75/hr
Business Hours (Events with more than 50 people will pay prime rates) = $65/hr

SEWING ROOM - This room has two cutting tables, four sewing machines and a surger.

Evenings & Weekends = $40/hr
Business Hours (Events with more than 50 people will pay prime rates) = $30/hr

MUSIC ROOM - This room has multiple pianos and a sound system as well as seating for 40 people. 

Evening & Weekends = $75/hr
Business Hours (Events with mor than 50 people will pay prime rates) = $65/hr

AMENITIES AND EQUIPMENT - All charges are one time usage fees.

Chairs (folding padded chairs/75 available) = $0.50/each
Tables (66" round tables/9 available) or (6' rectangle/4 available) = $3/each
Theater seating (Riser seats with floor seats up to 152 capacity) = $100
Concessions/Kitchen = $50
Projector and Screen* (available in Theater & Conference Room) = $30
Basic AV* (Sound & Lights controlled from floor, 1 wireless microphone, music and video presentation input & control) = $40
Advanced Tech* (Live musicians, additional microphones, light refocus/hang) = $120
Patio (outdoor seating or event in parking lot) = $125

* = Requires an AV Tech for the event. See Staff Charges below.

STAFF CHARGES - Some events may require additional facility monitors based on impact. An AV Technician is required for events that require Tech.

Facility Monitor (For events that don't require tech) = $20/hr
AV Technician (For events that require tech) = $40/hr
